"You called for me, boss?" Asked Pain as he entered Majin_You's office.

"Pain, it has become increasingly evident that your ostentatious effrontery has become deleterious to the, essentially, magnamimous vocation that is emblematic of the forum staff. I recommend that you excogitate this scenario as you carefully inspect the portal granting leave from my office." Spoke Majin_You, very elequently.

"Uh..."

"Evidently, the sum of your intellect is more diminished than I initially presupposed. Why, the common mycoplasma is likely more adroit than yourself; even it would know when it was being ousted for its ineffectualness. Now, I ask you, again, to abdicate."

"Erm..."

"The staff no longer needs to requisition your services." Sighed Majin.

"Wha..?"

"The staff will function far better when it is devoid of 'Pain'."

"What are you trying to say?"

"GET THE **** OUT." Roared Majin as he ignited his bansabre and thrust it through Pain's heart, while simultaniously hitting a trap door button to dispose of the body.
