I have a question, a question not answered in the original post.

Okay, so say for example that I win the competition. And I get the "FP access" and 1.3 early, because I'm the winner, am I allowed to say "meh, I don't want the prize, give it to someone who doesn't have FP access"? Or is that not allowed?

If you don't want the prize we may be able to arrange something like that, however I think it would be more appropriate if the person in second place gets it instead.
