I'm kinda stuck with one part

I dunno if anyone else still plays but I made a retard character and I got thrown out of Vault City for showing my wing wong to someone

Anyone know how I can get back in, Skeev is gone (He sold me as a slave and that got me inside the vault) And walter won't give me a day pass cuz I was thrown out.

Any idea's?
