We currently have 3 level's, I want a forth one added, we can call it the "extreme" level, so people with the good computers get the graphics they deserve.

Add your ideas for Graphic in this post, for high end computers. ^.^

I'll post some of the good ones I heard here:

- Dust after explosions.
- Smoke after explosions.

I'm pretty sure people want those things. But can the engine handle it. In order to make a dust cloud look right it would even **** up highend pc's.

Not really, The engine can handle whatever they code, Im not talking about UT2k3 Engine partical effects, I mean partical effects and smoke effects that the engine can handle, but so low end PC users wouldnt get lagged in the process.

Im not only suggesting dust and smoke, I want you people to suggesting things that would make ESF graphically superior. Remember though, dont go overboard like things that cant happen in any other game. -.-

No, anything the extreme graphic cvar has wouldn't even be seen by anyone not using the extreme graphic cvar, people still can use the low, medium, and high settings. The extreme would be for high end computer users. Which means there would be no added lag, or any frame loss. ^.^ This idea is flawless. :D

You people are missing the main point of this thread, its not only about the smoke, its about having you guys post what Graphically thing you wanted added for the High End Gamer, because the good ideas were turned down in other threads, they can now be posted here.

I suggest negative lighting. Think its possible? Someting like the flashlight, only its dark instead of light. This could be used if an evil character transformed or something(There would be a dark patch with them very visable in the center, something like Cells final transformation, or when they call the dragonballs and the sky turns black). Or very different graphic effects for different beams, such as beams that are very thick with increased power and such.

And as with the negative light, I think when others transform (non-evil, or perhaps anyone) there would be huge animated sprites that burst out of them very far with dust effects and just burst of enery waves and all. I bring this up, because Goku is the only person you can notice transforming from a mile away (the lightning) but this would make anyone obvious(No matter where they hid), which I think would make things far more interesting.

How about every huge energy blast make a huge stream of clouds come down from the sky and circle around the user. When he fires, a big water jet can fly off of him wrapped around the beam and splash up against the walls, soaking them and changing their color. Then, if you were to walk on that area, it should leave foot prints that appear to sink into the ground. Furthermore, I think the scattershot and ki beams should start trees on fire, and I'd love to see characters explode like a massive cloud of glitter whenever they died.

Wait, that might be taking it too far...

Ok I like the idea, but as I've mentioned before, don't think they aren't already planning it. The team is working on a new particle effects system as a side project... trust me. This suggestion thread may or may not have an effect on the outcome of that project, but it sounds promising enough. I wouldn't expect it until 1.3 though.

How about they use the glowing affect of vegeta's final flash in goku or gohan's transformation and have that entire transformation where goku turns ssj for the first time. Then he can have little energy particles coming from him and his body in the glow affect, or something of the sort.
