Explosion effects

Well i thought that the explosion in beta 1 could be make to look far more intresting by adding a small particles system when there is an explosion. Like add some dust and lots of debree that flies out depending if it comes in contact with the map, similar to when ur close to the ground and u power up. Same should aply if it comes in contact with water.

Actually, debris do fly up on a ground hit now. To be honest, the testers suggested spicing up explosions. It became a rather large argument if I remeber right. :\

There was talk of dust around the base of explosions, but that kind of thing would delay release (after it was already delayed).
