First, this should be in Miscellaneous.

Second, all the EVM server's are down right now. This is probably due to them finishing the final Server-Side pack which is scheduled to be released this Saturday.

I'm afraid I am unaware of the IP's of any other EVM servers.

These are the other servers that i know of:

81.169.143.92:901, 902, 903, and 904.

Just change the number thats after the *:* to eiter 902, 903, or 904.

Those are there 4 other servers.

Server 999 is a private testing server i think.
