its not for public Hosting (LAN nor Internet) its only so you can play on EVM server with your own models -_- there is no way to play your own

You cant they have not realease a <u><b>PUBLIC VERSION!</b></u> they only realeased a server thing so you can use SSJ4 Goku instead off using SSJ3 it lets you play with your own models on there server thats all it is
