In battle areana whenever you get to close to the ends of the map you get pushed over >_<. The beams also seem to this. Its so funky...

They did this on purpose. I have no idea why though, its annoying as hell.

as far as i know you get pushed back in to the map. Like away from the wals. and that is all. It was in all the versions so its purpose

It was done on purpose, I know that for a fact. Honestly now, why the hell would I lie about something like that? What would I have to gain from lieing?

Uh... right.

Even though you accused him of a lie and insulted his intelligence, he's correct. Trigger_push entities were used on some maps to stop the player from getting too close to sky brushes and having the camera behave strangely.

I think it was in 1.1 (i remember it was on esf_namek)
If they wanted to fix the camera they could have... fix it or something? :/

yah the push thing was vary annoying.... when i was creating maps for esf(i never made any of them public cause they sucked) i put clip brushes(boxes covering the sky boxs with the clip texture, clip dosnt show up in the game but prevents players entering the box) to avoid the skybox camra strangness
