Like the titel already has told you, what do you guys think of joining Twitter? You would get alot of followers and could give updates to the community. Basicly like the mainpage (esforces.com). So what do you think?

To be honest. It really isn't a bad idea.
I mean I know we have to stick with half life one, but that doesn't mean that the way this mod communicates with outside world has to be old fashioned too. (See how I cleverly combined the use of HL1 to the current subject in a smart comical stab, I am ******* hilarious)


Maybe right now it's not a good idea, but in the months before release, when updates are shown a bit more frequently in order to get people properly excited again, ESF can get a bit more attention through social media.

That's precisely why its on facebook, though. Unless they're going to give us hourly updates on what they're currently doing, what's the point? They already think this mod is on par with a Lockheed black project, so anything short of extremely controlled info releases seems unlikely.
