I havent been on here in a long time.. but maybe a few suggestions..

and i know that i have been itching for it and i am assuming so are others.
why not add the SSJ4 models with the transformation for goku and vegeta..
for their final transformation.
and others could be cut down, like krillin with only one transformation or something. just a suggestion..

but ive been itching for it for a long time, and hopefully when this beta comes out, we shall see tien and gotenks

you can allready add SSJ 4 just take a model and put it when you want it (SSJ4 sux) and it will not be addit in 1.3 read the beta outline
