Errrrr.... Bot doesn't work

Errrrmm, when I try to install the official bot it gets all the way through the install, but right at the end it pops up with an error that says "A required .DLL file, MSVBVM60.DLL, was not found." and the bot isn't installed. I just reinstalled HL and ESF after a format and I am running Windows 98 SE. HELP ME :laff:
