When is tre release of the ESF addon ECX?

No, no one knows, And this should not be in the "Models / Skins" section. Besides that point, check This Thread. Even though it mentions EVM, ECX is being created also from the same team as EVM.

it should be released in 8 days because after that its march, the movie clip said it will be released this winter

"This Winter" is rather vague.

That said I would still love to see it come out in 8 days.
