I have well nto a proplem just a question that would be really cool if someone could help me!

you'll notice the News thing that has a scroll bar just for the news.
How would I do this in Dreamweaver?

You will notice how my layout is the same threwout my site.

Well this will sound like a strange question but oh well.

If you goto my art page you will notice it has two pages for art.

What I want to know is, is it possible to make my layout longer but without making it drag the whole layout with it IE: the navigation **** if I make the layout bigger it will be dragged down throwing it off.

But the way I want it is that the layout doesn't strech just the buttom is further down... Hard to understand? most likely...
