can somebody tell me how to make a server that has Dbs cause everytime i make one theres no dbs
and tell me how to use AmxMod

when u create a game go to advanced and select game type to capture the dragon balls and then go look for them they show up on the radar

Don't forget there is not db in all map, try esf_riverside, there is some in it. For amx mod, do download it here and read the "readme.txt", thats will tell you everything you will do to make it work (it would be a long while to explain how to make it work)

About all the maps that come with esf have Dragonballs don't they?

no, not all map map have them, try with esf_kami and you will see. And dont forget that the ctdb mode still experimental
