I select DBCT mode but i dont have dragonballs i go on the map riverside but it wont work. Anybody knows why?

open in the esf directory the game.cfg with editor/notepad. there u change in the line "mp_gamemode" the number behind it to 2

Also, CTDB mode is still very unstable and experimental compared to the rest of the game. If you're having problems, you may have to wait until another version when the problems with CTDB are adressed.
