Does ESF 1.2 work with C-Strike?

Does Esf 1.2 work with C-Strike? If so could someone give me a link to the most updated version? I have C-strike, i just need to update it.

Well if you want to use it on the old, WON based system you won't be able to except for lan games, as it has been taken down.
if you have a valid retail cs cdkey, you should be able to use steam, located at www.steampowered.com

Thanks i'm downloading STEAM now, looks like its gonna take about an hour so i'll post if it works.
