i see the dballs on my radar but not in the game this only happens when i create my own server. why?

Try Cell_arena_b3 , because i have a feeling you not looking close enough on the map

the balls are very small, so what i can suggest is to look closer, run around on the ground, eventually you will walk over a ball and pick it up, then the next time you want to find the balls you only have to remember where you first picked it up, afaik the dragonballs spawn on the same spot every time

And sometimes theres just a damn bug where the dragonball is displayed on the radar but is not there visably nor can it be picked up (on maps such as esf_riverside)

If you are using Steam CTDB mode is still buggy, some maps aren't compatible. So just don't use it, it's not like anyone ever uses CTDB mode for anything except gaining large amounts of PL fast.
