The team has been testing 1.3 for a very long time believe me. The beta testers are constantly getting more updated builds as stuff is added by the team.

why do people ask about broly being in ESF? Its never going to happen. Get that into your heads and you might get somewhere. Chances are Opti just ignored the second question. As for the first question, just like Opti said, it is being tested, and has been in testing for quite some time now.
