sure. start ESF. then go to Multiplayer. then go to LAN GAMES or INTERNET GAMES! when you are there ( in one of those 2 ) . you press CREATE SERVER.. lan means makeing a lan game for yourself or the rest of your own home. so your friends can join.. a network game. and when you go to internet games and then create server. you are making a server so internet people can join.
