crashing

ok i click create game,it creates the game with no errors,i click team good then i select my character but as soon as my character hits the screen the game crash's to my desktop

any suggestions?

Make sure you are running in Open GL or Direct 3D and not Software Mode.

one other thing. make sure your video card supports OpenGL or Direct 3D. If it doesnt go to the website of the video card you had and download a port that supports OpenGL thats what i had to do.
