Ti-99/4a still out lames everything here with the possible exception of the Amstrad.

Lid . . . the Ti-99/4a has no Disc drive, lol 32K main memory and runs at a frightening 4MHz or so. It's only storage devices are 32K cartridges, a 2 in 1 joystick port, and a keyboard. It uses TiBasic as an OS . . . hard to beat that.

works perfect here, 100fps constant with counter strike, gta3 playable, only unreal2003 and america's army have some problems here
