Not if it got the CS treatment. There's more to a game than just making it pretty. Source shooters feel pretty ****ty all around.

I don't like L4D, and I like the premise of HL2, and the scenery. The parts where I have to shoot? Not at all.

Why would anyone like L4D? What's so good about it? I even find those zombie mods on CS which I played many years ago more interesting than L4D.

Teamwork, zombies, guns. It isn't a bad game. I just don't like arcade shooters.

On topic though, it actually looks pretty good. I personally don't mind the hip firing, so that's not a problem for me. I just wish they showed more point of views in the video.

The same reason people like HL2 or ESF for the matter. People have different taste. L4D1 was great but 2 needed a bit more to it.

You know how Valve is, they want to keep mystery around all of their games at some points.

usually people worry more about heavy graphics/engines and kill gameplay, if you want to play CS download 1.6
