How is this?
Every character can have an alternative costume.
example: Vegeta can have a leather jacket or someting, jeans, etc.
so every human/saijin character can have an earth suite you know

Vegeta - Armor or blue suit
Goku - Orange gi or blue gi (The one he used at teh end of DBZ)
Gohan - orange gi or blue gi

But that about Cell, Frieza, buu, picollo?

For Super-Buu, you could use the ones he had on after absorbing picollo, gohan, and goten, and so forth. But this would all take a lot of work, not saying it's impossible, but very improbable. But it is a good suggestion.

Don't really like it. You can always reskin the skin right now to the custume you want.

noooo i meant earth suites. you know, clothes that they would were on streets not battle suites

This is what custom models are for.

Do you want the 1.3 release, or more special models? =S

Bad idea overall. The models themselves are fine, and i think as mentioned before the only change in model would be the more damage you take (goku for expample) the more ripped up you or your armor looks.
