Well, now that I know what a double double is, I can safely say that here in the U.S and A that we say "Extra cream and extra sugar" and Tim Hortons replaced muffin restaraunt that was a lot like Dunkin' Donuts. They're only in the east coast though. So are dunkin' donuts =/

We had several boxes sitting around the lounge a week ago (somebody was selling them for charity, and somebody else was feeling very charitable), so I had those for the first time. They are amazing, even not fresh. I think I had 6 before I started feeling ill, then I had another 3. Thankfully I'm still diabetes free.

I used to enjoy coffee fairly frequently, but the lines at the two Tim Horton's at the U of M are perpetually long
