I have a problem with ESF, everytime I play I get some seriouse choppyness. I love this game like no other and I wish I could fix this because if I can't I'm gonna stop playing and I don't want to do that.

Anyway I have a 1.1 GHZ AMD Athlon, 32MB ATI RADEON VID CARD, 456MB RAM, I have tons of HD space and I have defraged it and everything. I tried running the game in software mode and I noticed that it helped a lot. The only problem is that when I run in it software mode it crashes. I remember seeing something on how to make it work in software mode by setting something to 0 but whatever. If somebody could help me out that would be cool

Thanks.

ur moniter resolution
ur moniter refresh rate
ur in game resolution
ur video mode (openGL/direct3d)
ur fps_max/fps_modem should be set like so (in config):

fps_max "99.0"
fps_modem "0.0":

Set your refresh rate at around 75. Any higher and you monotor might not work. Also make sure that v-sync is set to ALWAYS OFF.
