I thought about that too, but then, with the position of the arm, shouldn't the right one be hanging out more, not the left one, because the left one is being pushed up by the forearm?

Well, you know about her hand (the skewed one). Other then that, her nose looks weird, and the far foot (i think its her left, our right) looks as if the ankle is like not there... plus, she has some real oily skin but other then that its really nice, good job!
