Cgi/html/flash/etc...

I am looking for some people who are l33t with CGI, HTML, FLASH, & 2D ART.

I want to redo my clan website ( http://clan_ph34r.dk3.com ). Some updates/ features I would like: Easy-To-Update News Section, Shout Box, Easy-To-Update Photo Gallery (Updating My Screenshots Page Is A Pain!!), better logo, easier to read color scheme, a place on the news page for polls, special log-in/out for members (So they can add news & what not), & a short but cool flash intro (Like ez69's).

All Help Is Appritiated! I would like to get only one person for each thing I want (Ex. CGI).

I have no knowledge of HTML and I actually made somthign LOL.

Anyways do that and get a better host
