Cells Ki

Cells is way too powerful with all his weapons. He should start each round(between frags) with full ammo but when he runs out, he must drain it from the other players instead of being able to recharge

No cause then Cell would be constantly running behind other players trying to steal some ammo. And they would easily evade him by teleporting away.

Cell too powerful??? wow never heard that one before. Ill ive heard is that he needs new attacks. And its the androids that need to steal Ki in the show isnt it (or Pl or something???). Bah, i like cell the way he is (What would be nice though, is if he got new sounds for when he transforms so you dont have that raspy voice for the second form, dunno if thats possilbe though)

The only that should be changed about Cell is that his second form is smaller than his first, except for that everyrthing is fine about him.

i dont think cell is too powerefull. If youve ever playd with him youd notice that all the attacks he performs take away a huge amount of enrgy.
