Can't join servers

why is it i can't join servers. but everyone can join mine. I join a server and i get to the "choose character" screen, but then it freezes and i can't then after like 20 seconds it goes back to my desktop... happens everytime. and i hate it


also what about when people are knocked to the ground rolling they can jump and move around? i hate that
