cant connect to steam servers

yeah, i know, steam is crap with esf. Yeah, i know, but I am wondering, i keep getting this wierd error when i try to connect.

is it any server or just one in particular?

its 2 out of the 3 servers that i can find. They give me this error, and the 3rd that i couldnt get into before, awhile ago, now lets me in. so confusing

have you tried reinstalling?
