Pride has a point, if you're in a melee fight with a Buu, and the Buu fighter is losing he could just pull out candy to steal a quick win.

Then Surely if health is over 30%(Ish) the starting player Gains a ki advantage against Buu.

Also , you could make candy beaming really dangerious for Buu allowing it to be reversed. Then if they tried the quick kill , you could reverse it and... Gain a nice lump of sugary goodness.

Then why would anyone do it if it was a 50/50 chance it could kill them too?

Honestly it would be much better with the crazy beam overhaul I mentioned a long time ago.

You should make the candy beam more beam-ish. In one of the Buu Saga's evil buu literally deflects the beam back too Buu and bam hes candy! So when you try and block the beam you start a struggle and if buu whens your candy of his choice. IF you win you get too candy him and choose your candy.

He don't touch the beam , he blows it.

Then why would anyone do it if it was a 50/50 chance it could kill them too?

But this post was about un spammifying the Buu candy beam , if people did it less , people would spam it less , and I never said 50/50 chance , It depends on the amout of health and ki of your opponent. Considering Buu's stronger than everyone else , he has more ki , so its be more in his favour to begin with.
