and i can do melee in game it just wont let me lock on...if u could help i would kiss ur foot

But if i recall, you can't lock onto a enemy like in 1.1, or do you mean someting else?

If you can play esf fine with this missing bitmap, then I wouldn't worry about - it won't affect your gameplay.
Also, you cannot lock on in esf beta 1.2
