has anyone discovered the buu/cell bug?
when you are buu or cell, and transform, you cannot detransform, so when you change character, you get your current power level halved.
If you are buu, and you transform into evil buu, then change character to cell, you can transform straight away, into imperfect cell, then into perfect cell, then you change character back to buu.
if you keep doing this, you will eventually reach power level 1 billion.
this is done in the 15.3 meg EVA mod for ESF
