I mentioned this bug a very long time ago, and one of the coders said they fixed it soon after reading my post but yet it wasn't....hmmm.
Anyways, Frieza & Cell suffocate underwater which doesn't make sense since in the series they are able to survive in any environment. Maybe this was unfixed because it was thought to be cheap or something, I dunno, just thought I'd mention it again.
