First of all you need kibot for him to use ki etc..
How t ouse melee, there is a tutorial about that in one of the topics is it HELP or something, just check there if you still dont know ask me again...

No, you want version 3.1 of the ESF Bots. Turn melee to 0% and turn skill to best.
