They implied at the end that *something* happened between Gin and Rangiku, although not much was said, is it possible that last week's uneventful encounter between the two was not all that it seemed?

That's the only remotely interesting thing I got out of the chapter.

I was expecting Gin to betray Azien sooner or later but at least something happened.
I don't think Aizen is dead but i'm not so sure about Matsumoto.

HOLY ... i didnt know if Gin would betray Aizen, i just thought he was too suspicious and might be stronger than Aizen in the end or something... but i seriously never thought he'd do something like that.
Now i just wonder what Gin will do after killing Aizen...

Actually there could be another situation. Gin takes the Hougyoku and a new "Aizen" is born(check last page).
What really struck me while reading the chapter again is that Gin's zanpaktou has similar abilities with Matsumoto's(except for the poison part).
