it all depends on how much ki they hav... u need a certain amount of ki to rollover and stand up.... so if ur hitting sum1 with no ki then they will probly lie there for a bit while their ki recharges.... so in some cases they will not be able to stand up straight away.. giving you a good shot...... but sometimes they will and will teleport away...
