Blast Radius.

in my games, i've had problems with people who hide, charged a large beam attack, And then fire it, or sit on the opposite side of the map and spam them, My idea is that the bigger beams IE Kamahamaha have large blast radius, but do WEAKER damage over a larger area, and small blast areas like masenko do MORE damager in a smaller range.

that should be done as the damn mass of people the play as Goku and spam the hell out of you with the almost 1 hit kill Kamehameha. like the SBC it should have like a almost one hit kill and almost no explosion as it is a penitration attack not a bomb like attack
