Bit of Help for a first time player

Hi guys not being new at all ( im 37 ) to hl and its many mods i thought id give this a go.

Trouble is i cant seem to find say a manual that explains how all this works and am feeling a little lost, Can somone please point me in the right direction.

There was also a good flash tutorial made by Chakra, but the site thats hosted on is down atm.

edit: There really should be a sticky in ESF Chat that contains a link to the official manual, that video, and chakras flash tut.
