d) using google i found this (theres a version log and links for each version down the page, dunno if they work though)

ESF folder maybe?
Tip for future reference (esf or otherwise) extract it to its own folder first, look at it and copy it into/over your esf/game folder based on the logic of the folders.

Allso for future refference. Dont post ECX relatzed questions in the help section. The addons section is for that. Its just a bit down from the help section.
