I must say, it bugs me that there is a sun reflection in the water even though there doesn't seem to be one in the image. Even if it were there, the land would block it from reflecting, I think.

That's because the sun is actually behind Trunks. That also explains the sun light shafts.

The sun is visible. But the white aura kinda makes it REALLY hard to see. The white part round the sword is not from the aura, its the sun with the aura flowing in front of it ^^
