Be weird if it turned out to be the next Elder Scrolls; christ, two years from now the Modders will have barely gotten ANYTHING modded!ZeniMax Media, Bethesda’s parent company, posted job openings that suggest the developer could be working on a sequel to one of its triple A franchises. ZeniMax’s job listing is looking for someone with, “extensive experience programming and optimizing for the Xbox 360 and PS3,” which to some suggests that Bethesda is working on next generation hardware that shares a similar architecture.
That, coupled with the fact that Bethesda never works on anything that doesn’t take less than two years, makes it easy to see why some believe we will see a new entry to The Elder Scrolls or Fallout franchise in the early life of the next generation.
