Best Video Game System?

people dont like the x suck because of many reasons

1. its made by microshit
2. it breaks ezer than a ps2
3. graficly speaking its not much better than the ps2
4. u have to buy an up grade for the dvd drive where as in the ps2 its free
5. most of the x suck only games are loads of shit..
6. it will never have ff games..
7. most gaming partys are going with the ps2 or gc..

OK lets break it down...gamecube isnt in the picture......now the only hope for american systems is the xbox... now xbox doesnt have much better graphics than the ps2 but it does have better ..even if its not by much..and they are the same price..sooo..the ps2 has better games...and if you think about it all the best games came out recentlly...for example....mgs2,grandtheftauto 3,so you could say they have better games...but the best games just came out...soothe xbox has halo...right now which is surpose to be the the best game....ever.....right now ps2 has the best games...but xbox is starting out and already has some great titles(grandtheftauto3,and halo...so .) for the same price ...i would get an xbox...not because its new..because it already has some great games lined up and surely better ones in the future.....also if you love first person shooters.....stick with the pc...but if you want a console that has a controller that is the easiest ..get the xbox....one more time..the best games for ps2 just came out..and they already have great games like that on xbox...

what do you mean it breaks easier...the xbox even has little things on the cords of the remotes so that if you were to trip over the cords.. insted of your system crashing to the ground (if its up high) or dragging it across the floor the cords have little breakaway point so that the cords ..just break away when that much presure is put on it....and after you say (woah..shit.. i lOve those cords) you just hook the breakway points back together.....and i know the mammoth xbox scares you little playstation people but just because microsoft puts little cameras on the xbox and watches your every move and at night it gets up and slaughters all the little gamecubes and plants bombs in the little ps2's doesnt mean its not user friendly....and yes you do have to buy a 35$ dollar remote.. for dvds.. and controllers are 45$ ..you can always buy a third party controller for 30$ insted of the default ones....all in all you are reallly geting your moneys worth when you get an xbox....

someone said you need to buy a whole lot of stuff to get it to work....dont lie....some people dont understand...you do have to buy a remote for the dvd ..but who doesnt have a dvd on there comp,...so you dont have to have that to play xbox...you dont need all the other stuff..microsoft is just giving you a variety of things too use with your xbox...you could link four xbox's together for an awsome 16player fragmatch in halo....but thats a different story..you can play the xbox right out of the box when you buy it..you dont NEED all the other stuff.. and xbox does have a memory unit(memory card) but its only needed to bring your saved games to other xbox's..because xbox has a 50,000 block hard-drive which think about it each game take out about 8 blocks.....now that is alot of space...and without buying anything else you can even mix your own music on your xbox and play it back during a game..say your playing "tony hawk 2x"(tony hawk 3 is commn for xbox later) and you dont like the music..you can replace that mucic with the music you saved on your xbox..just put in a cd..save the music....and play it back on your game!!!!!

soo....you only need a memory card for bringing saved games to your friends xbox...otherwise you dont need to buy it because your xbox has an almost endless supply of hard-drive space that you can save your games too:shocked:

no u have to buy the dvd drive extra.. it is not inculded with the base console.. and with the ps2 u can use the controller to play dvds.. people just by a remote so they can it farther away..

and what i mean when i say it breaks alot is it crash alot just like windows...

also gta3 isnt coming out on the x suck.. (yet )

and the ps2 is going to be selling a hard drive with the internet modem..

actually the Xbox has a DVD drive, and yes you have to buy a remote. and there is a 90% chance that FFX will be on Xbox. and the graphical limits are way higher than PS2, only the games don't use 100% of the power, but something like 20%.

no there will be no ff games on the x box.... square said they are going to make all the new ff games on the ps2...

they might port like ff7,8, or 9 over to the x box but dont count on it...

i just got my ps2 my xbox and gamecube on christmas....er...well the ps2 and the gamecube are my sisters...any who...gta3 is! comming out on xbox later and xbox has an internet modem built in..!!you just have to wait till the spring for it all to start up....any who....although all the systems are great ....and im the only one that plays the systems..xbox seems to be much more fun.."once you go big you never go back"..you'll think the little playstation remote was a a little toy after you feel the power of the xbox controllers!

Well, I think, since the Gamecube already outsold the X-Box, that u are completely wrong. X-Box is hardly the only hope for games in America [or Canada, for all u Canucks out there!]. sorry i guess i didnt make myslef clear...what i mean is xbox is directed for older peoples...*cough* love ripping cds *cough* ..any who..and gamecube is directed towards younger players..like 7 or so and at that age you gonna want a gamecube because its made by nintendo and it has mario ect. and parents are going to buy more gamecubes than xbox because they are real familuar with the makers...but raw out best system is xbox...saying that ps2 is better because it has more game is like saying th super nintendo is better than dreamcast because it has more games.. "its easy to make a bunch of good games but its another to know how to make a great one" all in all i can say with confidence that everyone thinks the best system of all time is the original Nintendo...... (you know you miss those good ole duck-hunter days)

I know the Xbox breakaway controller cords saved my ass a couple of times. I was walking into my room and it was night and i didn't have a light on and i tripped over it. IF it would of been a PS2 it would of fell and broke. But the Xbox, its like "Damn I did it again" at least it didn't fall to the floor. And hibiki how can you say that Halo is a boring game. On almost every gaming site you see ITs got a 9 or a 10 rating. And would you rather play against 16 people or 4 at teh most.

I've listened to this **** a lot, but I'm not going to put up with it anymore! The fact is, that Nintendo games aren't the baby games you make them out to be. Have you ever played a nintendo game? How about the Zelda series, i'd be really impressed if a 7 year old would make it through them. They have twice as much gameplay and story line as any adult game you want to name (except MGS, thats just really good!). How about the Banjo games? Donkey Kong? Conkers (spelling?) Bad Fur Day? They may have looked cute, but they were great games and worth playing by any so called adult. And if we look back further we'll see other great games. The FF series started with nintendo, Chrono Trigger, possibly the best RPG I have ever played (including all FF games), these are not kiddy games.

What I'm trying to say is, dont talk about what you dont understand. Nintendos being making great games before you could stand up so sit down, shut up, and try and think before you make fun of something great.

OK, thats my rant over, a very rare thing so i hope i didn't upset anyone.. LOL. Sorry to Ultimate2_freeza, your not the first person to say this but i thought I'd just try and make you the last.

ok **** all of this where is PC on the list that is the best video game system out and has always been the best u cant beat a PC i have a joystick, a gamepad, a mouse and keyboard for fps and soon a wheel and a good vid card and comp now thats the best gaming system

...i cant see any 7 year old beating luigis mansion...or pikman,...but nintendo has said it is targeting younger players.. (7-11).........what has more games..zelda or ff...think about it..zelda is on gameboy...snes..n64....and theres a version on pc too..im guessing zelda but am i right??.... ..any way anyone of you xbox owners getting picked on about the controller bien too big....by little ps2 owners...say this.....Ps2:"this controller is to big for my hands it sucks!!
