but i dont really have a nr.1 favourite band. i like alot of bands and i cant choose one of them to be better then the other.
because the bands i like are all equal imo ;-)

you cant compare them either.
for example i enjoy listening led zeppelin and pennywise and you cant compare that to eachother.
or bad religion and queen. no way you can compare that.
or greenday and H.I.M.
or guttermouth and Nightwish.

just... nvm i could go on forever and ever hehe

but if i have to pick one from this list i would choose linkin park simply because they make cool video clips ;-) though i like their music too hehe

Well, the stuff in the poll is decent, but not exactly great. At least try to listen to something a bit more original. If you like that kind of sound, but want something more original, check out the groups Stroke 9, and Ozma. From Ozma, I'd try the songs Spending Time, and Shooting Stars. For Stroke 9, they've got their biggest hits, Kick some A**, and Little Black Backpack, but i'd also add Washin' and Wonderin' to the list.

Eh.. so much hate for all these other bands. I mean, if you don't like them than that's fine, but the level of hate some of you have for other bands I just won't understand. A lot of the bands out there that are mainstream sound the same I'll agree, but most of them have decent sounds. They're mainstream for a reason, the majority of the people out there think that they're good. The band having a good sound doesn't mean that I respect them though, there are only a few bands that I truely respect, and it takes more than a good sound for that. Saying that they're trash though, is just plain mean :/.

I've really gotta get a ahold of some Old Metallica, I hear good things.
