I'm think this can be implemented a little later mayabe in 1.4 or 1.5 but when a player is at a certain health the player models changes to one that damage show there injured and stuff I though it would be interesting and then you can make an animation for when you use sensue beans you can see you wounds heal (via it goes threw the animations previous to that one until it back to normal)

Problem with this. Is this would require more models, and the consequence for this, is bigger installations. And it'll strain the animators, because they would have to animate each model.

i think that in the interview they gave on HLradio they said it wouldnt go on HL2

Right and since when is this the HL2 thread? The team has no plans to port to HL2, and battle damaged models have been suggested before... I wouldn't count on them anytime soon.

Ok it was just a suggestion =P and yea i already knew this would come out by the time i posted this replay conserdering someone like i dunnosayan master completely riped the idea and just suggested it for hl2.
