ok here it is:

a gif-file contains one or more pics
every pic has its own size
the gif-file itself has a size too
but most programs just ignore it(like browsers)
all you have to do, is to set this size down to 50x50
the esf-board asks for this size when you upload a ava, but ignore it after the upload

it´s simple, isn´t it?

but i can´t help you to find this option in your grafic-program/gif-animator

and like tepus said, the file size is still 5kb

maybe the VT signal can help me! VT can pump my posts but make it appear as 0?

look for an admin that sets your post count to 150, then change it and let it set back to 0

and fm:
i can´t help you! i have only ulead gif animator 3 and i only know how it works in that program
btw: gif animator 5 is totally different from 3

it´s the german version, but it should look like the english version
