Avatar Not displaying

For some reason, weather i Upload my Avatar pic from my hard-drive, or i give a url to it. it does not display, can someone help me with this?

I do beleive that you need 50 posts before you can use a custom avatar.

Avatar uploader is broken, it can't be fixed ATM, but we are working on it.
