Anyone use?

I was wondering if anyone uses Sony Vegas 6? I recently recorded some videos in a game using fraps, but I am having problems rendering them as AVI, Vegas renders them fine and everything, but for a 30 second clip it make the file 134mb, the quality isn't uber or anything, just a large file sum. I was wondering if anyone knew how to render/convert them using Vegas, but saving the file(s) as a lot lower size. I would use Windows Movie Maker, but the editing in it, isn't the greatest, that and it crashes more often then not.

I guess he wants to convert them straight from vegas, without any external programs... Virtualdub is a great program though...
And sorry, i dont have vegas so i cant help you...
