antispam plugins / programms - thunderbird

anyone know of any good antispam plugins for mozilla thunderbird or antispam programms that work with thunderbird? im sick of all the spam but i cant seem to find a good plugin >_>

Spyware blaster is what i use it gets rid of most spyware that attempts to come on to your comp sorry i cant remmber the link atm

nah, thats not what i mean ... im talinkg about "intelligent" plugins/programms that filter your mail inbox for spam emails...
