Well because I have been accused me of copying I will post a tutorial that I made long ago... this one is not as good, but it is easier to do (in my opinion)
so done accuse me of copying someone again...

EDIT : Even if you didn't copy this tutorial, it still wouldn't have changed the facted that you copied the other one.

If you cannot act civil about possible plagiarizations and continue to harass forum members and staff about this then I will remove you from these forums and you wont be coming back.

If you have actual proof then say so but insulting staff and threating them will not be tolerated in any way shape or form.

Well I tried everything you said, and it still looks like ****. But maybe that's because I use the default brushes. Can someone give me a link to some good brushes or something? I'm too lazy to search xD.

EDIT: Alright, I got some new brushes, and sigged this up to the blur. I don't like it but meh.....great tutorial btw

lol yeah that was when i was very bad at gfx xD... and no i did not copy other tutorial... that was my default style for quite some time
